Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award contract for the
2018 Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project to Freeman Paving,
L.L.C. in the amount of $509,890.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2018
Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Freeman Paving
LLC, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $509,890.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2018 Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project is awarded
to Freeman Paving, L.L.C., in an estimated total amount of $509,890.50, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20t" day of February, 2018.
