Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award contract for the
2018 Seal Coat Project to Lipham Asphalt And Paving Company,
LLC. in the amount of $240,482.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2018 Seal
Coat Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Lipham Asphalt &
Paving Co., LLC, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $240,482.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2018 Seal Coat Project is awarded to Lipham Asphalt
And Paving Company, LLC, in an estimated total amount of $240,482.00, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20t" day of February, 2018.
