Resolution awarding bid for the purchase of roll -out refuse and yard
waste carts to Rehrig Pacific Company in the amount of $69,720.00 .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on December 12, 2017; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was Rehrig
Pacific Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of roll -out refuse and yard waste carts is awarded to
Rehrig Pacific Company in the amount of $69,720.00, and City staff is authorized to
execute all documents necessary to purchase said items in accordance with bid
specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of February, 2018.
