Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2011 Street Crack Seal Project
(CWF11-100-01) to JLT Corporation, In An Estimated Total Amount Of
$124,319
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls properly advertised for bids for the 2011
Street Crack Seal Project (CWF11-100-01); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is JLT
Corporation, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $124,319.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2011 Street Crack Seal Project (CWF11-100-01) is
awarded to JLT Corporation, in an estimated total amount of $124,319.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
