The designated area for the preopneed farad c^_urt was in the northwest corner of the parking lot of Kiag'e Grocery. We stated the propertv was located on the border between General C^_==ercial (GC) and Limited Commerrial (LC) 70ning, and was curt^_uoded by a variety of uses ranging from commercial to siogle family. Staff notified 22 parcels, 3 responded in favor, 1 responded in Qppocitino, and 0 respQoded wit"_ no opinion/undecided. Mr. Prouty stated the pr^_p^_--d ^curd=_r food court complied with the required 100 ft. Ceparntin_n frn_ raaide_ti_I uses and zones. Chairperson Martin stated he felt this was a good location for a food court beuaase a lot of people in the area did not arive. Mr. Graham eskcd if the area where the food tracks were tieing located wculd bG blocked to through traffic during hours of operation. Mr. Perikh stated if traffic became an issue in the area ..here the tracks would be operating, they plannea to use traffic VVnGJ to block off that portio, of the parRing lot. Ms. Lynda Canneay asked how many any food tracks the applicant plannea on operating in the location, and ~what was the 11181Amam namVer of trucks that cuald operate at once. Mr. Parikh stated he aid not have a act number planned, but hoped to operate 4 to 5 trucRs at a time daring the weekei Ddb. Chairperbon Platin explained that he would be limited not by number of tracRs, but by the amount of space that was available to be oucapien without affeuting parking. Mr. Prouty clarified that staff had calculated that the maAmcrn number of tracks that coula potentially o%copy the designated space, while maintaining accessibility and rcuirud parking, would be approximately IL.
