The City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas met in special session on the above
date in the Council Conference Room of the Memorial Auditorium Building at 8:30 o'clock a.m.,
with the following members present:
Lanham Lyne - Mayor

Mayor called the meeting to order.
Item 2
City Council went into Executive Session at 8:31 a.m. as authorized by Section 551.0741of
the Texas Government Code.
City Council reconvened at 10:10 a.m.
Mayor announced that no votes were taken during Executive Session.
City Council adjourned at 10:15 a.m.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

LOCATION: City Council Conference Room, Memorial Auditorium building,
1300 7`h Street, Wichita Falls, Texas
AGENDA: The following matters will be addressed by the Wichita Falls City Council at
their special called meeting of May 10, 2006:
1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session.
Briefing by City Attorney Regarding Cause No. 93-10-0140A-CV;
Bloodworth v. City of Wichita Falls, Texas, As Authorized By Section
551.071 Of The TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
3. Adjourn.
Accessibility to this meeting by disabled persons is possible through the use of the designated disabled
parking spaces in the east parking lot of the auditorium at Bluff and Sixth Streets. A ramp to the
entrance of the building's east wing in this parking lot leads to electronically operated doors. The
building's elevator is located in this east wing. Requests for Spanish language interpreters, interpreters
for the hearing impaired, Braille copies, or other special needs will be accommodated with at least 24
hours'notice. To arrange for special services, please call the City Clerk's office at 761-7409.
