RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AMENDING AN AGREEMENT WITH AETC HOUSING
L.P. THAT PROVIDES MUNICIPAL SERVICES AS PART OF THE
MILITARY HOUSING PRIVATIZATION INITIATIVE; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City approved an agreement on February 6, 2007 to provide
municipal services to the Housing Communities at Sheppard Air Force Base as part of
the military housing privatization initiative; and
WHEREAS, the initial agreement did not include environmental health services
for the Capehart Community such as animal controt, vector control, day care and
swimming pool inspections, etc.; and
WHEREAS, these services would normally be provided to citizens of Wichita
Falls; and
WHERAS, the annual services fee agreed to in the initial agreement was
established to recover a fair price for municipal services that would normally be
provided to citizens of Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The agreement with AETC Housing L.P. is hereby amended to
include environmental health services as indicated in the attached amendment to the
agreement, which is made a part of this resolution.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES,
COMI'UTATION AND PAYMENT OF SERVICES FEE
1. Conventional Services
Conventional services include municipal police, fire, first responder emergency medical services
(not including emergency medical transport services), routine street maintenance (limited to pot
hole maintenance and crack sealing), and environmental health services provided solely within
the Capehart Housing Community as described in E�ibit A. Nothing in this Agreement shall be
construed as an agreement by the Municipality to provide private services of any kind to
AETC Housing or to provide any services other than those provided for in this agreement and
in the manner provided to all properties in the Municipality.
