Resolution authorizing award of bid to Delerrok Inc. for the purchase
of an electronic fare collection system in the amount of $1 41,721.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls received $147,027 in Section 5339 Bus and
Bus Facilities Funds to purchase an electronic fare collection system for FallsRide bus
fleet; and,
WHEREAS, RFP 05-17 invited companies to provide proposals for an electronic
fare collection system for FallsRide; and,
WHEREAS, Delerrok Inc. was found to provide the best val ue, in the amount of
$141,721.50, for an electronic fare collection system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement, in a form approved by
the City Attorney, with Delerrok Inc. in the amount of $141,721.50 for the purchase of an
electronic fare collection system for the FallsRide fleet .
