RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH CORNERSTONE ENGINEERING, LLP, FOR THE
DESIGN OF THE VARIOUS DRAINAGE AND SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for the design of various drainage and sanitary sewer improvements;
and
WHEREAS, Cornerstone Engineering, LLP, is proposing to do this work for a fee
not to exceed a cost of $316,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Engineering Services Contract from Cornerstone Engineering,
LLP, for the design of various drainage and sanitary sewer improvements, is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
