RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH CORLETT, PROBST & BOYD, LLP, FOR THE
DESIGN OF VARIOUS DRAINAGE AND WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for the design of various drainage and water system improvements;
and
WHEREAS, Corlett, Probst & Boyd, LLP proposing to do this work for an
estimated amount of $88,166.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Engineering Services Contract from Corlett, Probst & Boyd,
LLP for the design of various drainage and water system improvements is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of May, 2007.
