RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE AGREEMENT WITH NEW CUSTOMER
SERVICE COMPANIES, INC. AND AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE WICHITA FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
2006-2007 BUDGET; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation met on June
19; and
WHEREAS, An Economic Development Incentive Agreement with NEW
Customer Service Companies, Inc. is recommended for approval; and
WHEREAS, An amendment to the Wichita Falls Economic Development
Corporations 2006-2007 is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Economic Development Incentive Agreement with NEW
Customer Service Companies, Inc. is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The 2006-2007 Budget of the Wichita Falls Economic Development
Corporation is hereby approved in the amount of $ 6 0 0, o 0 0_.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
