RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE
AND INSTALLATION OF DOOR HARDWARE AT THE J.S. BRIDWELL
AG BUILDING TO TRIM-CO CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$31,929.84; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase and installation of door hardware; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on July 6, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have new door hardware install at the
J.S. Bridwell Ag Building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase and
installation of door hardware at the J.S. Bridwell Ag Building to Trim-Co Construction in
the amount of $31,929.84.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
