Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award contract for the
2018 Crack Seal Project to Champion Infrastructure, LLC. in the
amount of $101,210.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2018 Crack
Seal Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is the winner of a coin
flip at Council, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $101,210.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2018 Crack Seal Project is awarded to Champion
Infrastructure, LLC. in an estimated total amount of $101,210.00, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract , as approved by the City Attorney, for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of November, 2017.
