Resolution authorizing the purchase of (4) Local Control Panels for
Aeration Blowers at the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant from
Howden Roots LLC, in the amount of $210,000.00
WHEREAS, one of the City of Wichita Fall s’ Strategic Goals is to Provide
Adequate Infrastructure; and,
WHEREAS, due to the age and condition of the River Road Wastewater
Treatment Plant Aeration Blower Control Panels, the replacement said control panels
meets the conditions of that Strategic Go al; and,
WHEREAS, the purchase of the control panels must be a sole source purchase
from the original manufacturer of the blowers and controllers .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City Staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase four (4)
Local Control Panels from Howden Roots LLC, in the amount of $210,000.00.
