Ord 20-2002 3/5/2002E V, ORDINANCE NO. ORDINANCE REZONING 4303 RIVERCREST DRIVE, BEING LOT 5, BLOCK 3, WEST RIVERCREST ADDITION, FROM SINGLE FAMILY -1 TO LIMITED COMMERCIAL AND AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the above referenced property be rezoned from Single Family -1 to Limited Commercial zoning and amending the Comprehensive Plan to conform to this rezoning; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning request is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The City of Wichita Falls Land Use Plan, an element of the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas is hereby amended for 4303 Rivercrest Drive, being Lot 5, Block 3, West Rivercrest Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas. Said property is shown on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "A." Said property land use designation shall be changed from Residential to Commercial. SECTION 2. Said property being the same as described in Section 1, is hereby zoned Limited Commercial. SECTION 3. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of March 2002.
